Who Am I?

I am a fully trained integrative psychotherapist, based in Greenwich, London – offering sessions in person and online.

My approach covers psychodynamic, existential and humanist models with the client/therapist relationship at its core, with a particular interest around diversity in society.

I have worked for MIND’s Bereavement service and am currently a therapist at Gay Men’s Therapy, in addition to running my own private practice.

I am a member of the UKCP (Registration number 2011174814) and BACP (Membership number 01000136), with a background in communications, including at Deloitte and the BBC.

Why Therapy?

In the noise of our busy lives we sometimes lose touch with our own intuition and can benefit from the perspective and compassion that therapy offers.

Crossing the threshold into therapy can produce anxiety but I believe the investment in oneself is always worthwhile. I believe therapy is also just as valuable as part of ‘good mental health’ as well as when facing a specific challenge in our lives.

My clients often report a particular stuckness being removed and an ability to see their lives with a clearer perspective.

Sometimes a pattern which was useful in the past gets rigid and no longer serves our current situation. Therapy can offer a path to a new way of thinking and relating.
